Little Canyon Inn is a modern boutique motel on 23 acres located along Colorado’s iconic US highway 50.

We retained as much of the roadside charm with additions like sound proofing foam in the front wall, sound deafening curtains and private back patios. Even some of our updated outbuildings have been restored with old timbers to maintain a vintage Colorado feel.

Each room has it’s own patio with beautiful views of the mountains. The motel is owned and operated by the Kara and Adam Arnold. They run the motel and live on the property raising their boys. They designed the little Canyon Inn to move the unique indoor space into a beautiful outdoor sitting space complete with big views and outdoor fire pits.
