In June 2023, the property began a new chapter with its current owners. Collaborating with expert designer, Patrick McBride of Tillett Textiles, we meticulously renovated, blending historical charm with modern touches. The Brooks Motel emerged as a symbol of this harmonious fusion of past and present.

Our accommodations, featuring playful custom furnishings inspired by 1960s Scandinavian Modern Plycraft techniques, offer a boutique experience. Each room is adorned with vibrant art from local artists, and every detail, from the plush memory foam beds to the premium cotton linens, is thoughtfully curated to ensure an experience that is both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
